What are the hardest job interview questions?

“Would you rather fight a horse sized duck or 100 duck sized horses?” That very question was asked at BHP Billton to a dry bulk marketer candidate. Outside of wondering what kind of person would come up with a question like that, you’re probably also wondering how you’d answer. This article from The Guardian lists some of the hardest, weirdest interview questions asked in all areas of the business during interviews, running the gamut between mind exercises (how would you explain Facebook to your grandmother) to questions determining creativity (in a fight between a lion and a tiger, who would win, and why?).
