How to Simplify Your To-Do List and Make It Useful Again

Whitson Gordon at Lifehacker says a to-do list can be a legitimately handy tool if you know how to do it right. First you need to pick the right medium. Gordon’s favorite list app is Wunderlist, so maybe give that one a shot. Next, add and organize your tasks. The optimal way to do this is to divide big projects into doable tasks, add pertinent info like contact numbers as necessary, separate tasks into categories, and try to keep the list short. Then just get the work done. The key is to spend more time completing work than listing off work to be completed.
