Perks that keep LinkedIn employees happy

LinkedInLinkedIn has exploded as a provider of connections, job opportunities, and personal growth in business. But how does this find-any-job company keep its own employees in the building? According to this post by Vincent Lara-Cinisomo, LinkedIn manages to provide some perks that other companies only dream about. For instance, employees have access to free exercise classes, free-time to work on their own projects, a speaker series, educational stipends, and something called the “incubator,” where teams of LinkedIn employees attempt to pitch ideas to upper management with the potential of having that idea picked up and developed.
