1 Thing Every New Hire Should Get On Their First Day

On their first day on the job, employees at Apple receive a letter designed to inspire them to work toward lasting greatness. Kevin Kruse at Forbes believes all businesses should incorporate an inspirational note of some kind into their new hire practices. Such a note welcomes an employee into the fold and shows foresight has been given to their entrance. It also allows cultural immersion to begin immediately, assimilating new hires into the swing of things quicker. The goal is to get your employee ready and excited to be working for you.
