With high project failure rates many only hope for any degree of success.  But it is not enough in today’s IT landscape to simply receive a passing grade.  Striving for excellence and reaching for perfection is the new standard. PLANNING

        4. Manage the workplan and monitor the schedule and budge

        5. Look for warning signs
