How to Pay Attention in Business Meetings

meetingThere are boring meetings, pure and simple. Despite this, it's your job to make it through them while contributing and understanding what is being discussed. To help, this WikiHow post explains a few ways to make sure that you're doing your best during a meeting to pay attention. Tips include sleeping well before a day full of meetings, making a list of questions prior to the meeting, finding a seat that demands you pay attention (not a back-of-the-room seat that you can hide in), and interjecting proactive comments and questions. While it might not save you from a boring meeting, it will help you make the most of a situation.
