How to Get People to Pay Attention During Meetings

In this rather tongue-in-cheek blog post, Vanessa Fiorido gives some great tips on how to keep people focused and on task in the meetings you're conducting (or at least involved in). Some of the tips are self-evident: don't schedule meetings early in the morning, as people are not going to be awake yet. Fiorido's tips are as easy to accomplish as they are to read, so hop over to her post and learn all 10 ways she lists to help with your next meeting.
