She says that when it comes to small decisions on a topic that occurs repeatedly, it is most efficient to decide on a regular policy regarding those types of decisions in advance so that no further time must be spent on them. Another suggestion is to seek out advice from just one or two trusted advisors to simplify decision-making. Most importantly, you must remember to have confidence in the decisions you make. After all, how horrifically, nightmarishly wrong could you really be?
