How to Be Happy at Work

In this article, Steve Denning notes that many professionals desire a “better way of living and working” without really understanding what that means.  Denning suggests identifying precisely what it is about your current situation that makes you unhappy while also figuring out what you are lacking.  Clearly, this is easier said than done.  Denning suggests learning to recognize small moments of happiness and attempting to recreate them.  You may not be able to make your workplace happier immediately, but small changes will lead to big success if you put your mind to it.
