Why Projects Succeed – Clear Business Objectives

Projects succeed because of clear business objectives: they dictate how projects should proceed in the face of difficulty, and give the definition of “success” so a project can have a clear ending. Kastner also gives a personal example of how unclear business objectives can bring a project to its knees, and how he attempted to avoid that problem.
