Sources of Hidden Risks in the Projects

Girish Deshpande knows the sources of hidden risks in projects, and shines a light in the dark corners to show us exactly what we need to look for. For example: scope related creep and poorly formed estimates can lead to risks further along in the project. Catching these potential sources of risk early (and maintaining control over them) leads to a stronger project overall. The list goes on to point out the dangers of political posturing: are the project sponsors and owners completely sold on the project? Are they being included in updates and concerns? By keeping the tips presented by Deshpande in mind, you'll have a head start on possible hidden risks.
