Nothing but a pack of projects

To some, PPM seems like an overly explained, wasted effort. Organizing projects should come naturally, they say, and doesn't require this level of oversight. This post by Adeline Teoh highlights why that way of thinking is oftentimes wrong. Teoh explains how projects without leadership are just a pack of projects: plenty of good ideas, perhaps, but no real vision. PPM provides that vision, aligning projects in a way that gives them meaning and also moves the whole organization onto one path.
