ITIL in the REAL WORLD – the Lifecycle

Using this example to carry the ITIL service application, the post simply explains the various steps that otherwise can seem impractical or ambiguous. The final suggestion presented in the post challenges readers to think of how the application of ITIL can be applied to other everyday processes (like online banking or hotel booking).
