Is Your Issue Resolution Process Healthy?

Poor Issue Resolution Systems Cost Time and Money

All projects should have a process for managing and resolving issues, but not all issue resolution processes are created equal. This video from Barbara Pratt outlines symptoms of a poor issue resolution system: meeting without a clear purpose or direction, many resources involved in issues, no clear rules of escalation, and little to no drive to close issues. All of these symptoms lead to chronic issue repetition, late closing issues, and lost time.
