Are Your Key Players Seeing Issues?

One of the largest challenges in managing issues is finding a way to communicate those issues within the team. Bob Anderson writes about this difficulty (and a tool he's found that provides the solution) on his blog, and he illustrates the value of having a solution that has been readily created for the purpose – instead of developing one in-house or repurposing an existing application for the job: Issues can impede the progress of a work activity. They can require management attention. This formal communication mechanism, enabled by Tracer through the development and distribution of electronic documents, ensures that all parties are aware of issues, have any necessary background information, and understand the potential impacts.  Anderson recognizes the power behind having the right solution for the problems around issue communication, and how Tracer can help facilitate a more active and visible issue resolution process.
