Why do we find it hard to delegate?

For whatever reason, delegating can be hard for leaders. This may be because leaders are scared of losing control, things not being done as they want it, or even something as simple as not wanting to put pressure on others. Unfortunately, leaders who don’t delegate often make both themselves and their teams suffer. This PDF by Marty Stanley examines some of these reasons and some ways to combat them.
