Everyone knows that the most valuable asset in a business are the people who make it work, but how do you know what makes those already valuable people great? This post from Rich's Management Blog lists 11 qualities that make a great employee. One of the qualities listed is questioning: people who follow blindly won't revolutionize your business, nor will they give you a chance to second guess your assumptions! Having employees who challenge established processes are the ones who can optimize the foundations of the business.
