What if Chuck Norris had Written ITIL?

Ever wonder how much different ITIL would be if in fact, Chuck Norris had written it?   Well the author of this light piece has taken that into consideration and believes ITIL could use a roundhouse kick or two, from the legend himself: 1.  Problem Management would be gone.  With Chuck, there are no problems. 2.  The requirements for the ITIL Master qualification would already be established, and if you're not Chuck Norris, you don't qualify. 3.  ITIL would no longer need to be published in five separate books.  All the knowledge would be instantaneously delivered directly into your head by a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick. There are seventeen ways in total, that author feels ITIL would benefit from the leadership of Chuck Norris.   It may be a light piece, but in reality it does touch on a few of the concerns that surround ITIL and implementing a successful process.
