Want to grow as a leader? Let go of being the “go-to person”

What's wrong with being the go to person? The way Scott Eblin sees it, being the go-to is a great way to move up in a company, but eventually you'll be stretched too thin between your own responsibilities and helping others. Once you become a leader, attempt to build a team of go-to people. In this way you'll still be the one people come to, but you'll be able to focus on your own responsibilities.
