Top 10 Tips for Running a Great Meeting

Jean Kelley offers ten tips for running a successful meeting in this article.  These tips include knowing if you really need a formal meeting at all, setting expectations prior to the meeting, and facilitating well during the meeting, among other tips.  Kelley wants the reader to understand that meetings are not something to be feared.  In fact, meetings can sometimes be fun.  The more fun and memorable your meeting is, the more you workplace reputation will improve.   More importantly, you may actually accomplish something at your meeting.  When people absorb the information given to them at meetings, the whole company wins.
