A national Monster Study recently asked HR managers how they handle employee knowledge retention. They found that, with the Baby Boomer generation poised for retirement, concern is growing around how “Brain Drain” will affect otherwise healthy organizations. The research goes on “To [explore]the level of awareness of US companies have of this coming “Brain Drain” and what they are doing to prepare for it.”
