ITMPI live discussion: What is a world class PMO?

How does the PMO evolve to meet the needs of the business customer and manage an ecosystem of internal and external providers?Join our panel for a moderated discussion exploring the impact of business agility and agile software delivery models.Beth Brown (VMWare) has over 15 years of experience in optimising software development and application lifecycle management processes across multiple domains. Beth currently works within the vFabric Cloud Application Platform division as an agile services delivery specialist. Prior to joining VMware, Beth was the Pre-Sales Manager for Southern Europe at Microfocus; before that she ran Borland's Northern European Technical Services Division. She has successfully led Agile, ALM and SOA transformational change programmes across large scale enterprises such as BT, Cap Gemini, and NATO.Alan Cameron (David Consulting Group – SMS) has more than 20 years experience working in IT. He started on the client side within the UK Inland Revenue and has had many roles ending as the Metrics Estimating and Process Lead for HP Applications Services in EMEA. In this role his team supported many hundreds of projects in a wide variety of industries. Gavin Martin (CAI) has over 20 year's experience in IT prior to joining the CAI Europe team as a principal consultant in 2008. Previous roles included Enterprise Architect / Technical Design Authority for public, private, and defense sectors as well as solutions for the market information and credit/risk verticals.
