Introverts: The Best Leaders for Proactive Employees

I bet you don't typically think about introverts as great leaders. Leaders are typically thought of as powerful, loud (in a good way), and authoritative in the board room and in team meetings. But Carmen Nobel explains in this article from the Harvard Business School how introverts might be a better choice for the CEO. Introverts are generally calm, observant, and enabling for an eager team — and that's the other part of the puzzle: if you have proactive employees, the introverted leader is the best possible choice.
