Information sharing and the development of organizational knowledge

In this research article from Information Research, the cases of two Finnish firms and relationship between organizational knowledge and information sharing are explored. In particular, this report goes beyond past research in how cognitive sharing occurs in a workplace environment, using a version of the activity theory.
