How To Tell If a Project Schedule is Good

This six minute video from John Rigoli, PMP, explores the clues and insights required to tell if a project schedule is good. Rigoli begins by answering the question “why have a project schedule at all?” and moves on to the characteristics of a good project schedule; namely construction and built in progress reporting. The video explains that having a project schedule that is predictive ““ that is, shows the relationships between activities ““ can make or break a successful project.
