How to Identify Factors of an Outstanding Employee

This four step guide leads you through the process of identifying the factors of outstanding employees within your organization.   Through identifying these factors, you can more rapidly develop outstanding employees, utilizing their skills and propelling your business forward much more rapidly than just leaving it up to chance.   One tip is to have a meeting with the employee to discuss the factors you’ve identified. The employee may have some additional items they focus on (or find attributes you’ve identified that they don’t agree with).
