Do You See What is in Front of You?

Kevin Eikenberry knows it easy to avoid what is before your eyes. We have a lot to think about, after all. Between responding to emails, putting out fires in the organization, and thinking about what to bring up at the next manager's meeting, we can forget to notice what is coming up. Eikenberry suggests we need broader perspectives as leaders. We need to look to the future and not just the present. Doing this will bring your leadership to a point where the next great invention, program, or optimization are at hand.
