Discussing Technical Info with Non-Technical People

The scene is familiar: a business person asks an IT person a question only to hear one and zeros as an answer. Bridging this communication gap is essential for achieving buy in and understanding from your non-tech savvy customers. In this article Paul Glen argues that the problem isn’t really the level of understanding on either side of the discussion, but how a technical person and a business person view a “good” answer to a question.
