CIOs Struggling to Meet Information Demands of CMOs

This article by Byron Connolly notes that chief marketing officers (CMOs) are demanding information at a speed that many CIOs simply cannot keep up with. Although CIOs have more tools available to them to meet the needs of CMOs than they may have had in the past, there is still a struggle to deliver in a time frame that pleases everyone. We must remember that CIOs may not fully understand everything in the CMO world, but with time this may improve.
