CIOs Losing Control of IT, Survey Finds

Citing a recent survey done by Gartner and two other organizations, this article from Computer World argues that CIOs are losing some decision making powers to CFOs. According to the survey, CFOs “approve” 26% of IT investments – up from 15% last year.
