CIOs Eye More Diversity, Less Hardware in 2013

In this article, Larry Dignan gives different types of data regarding what happened in the IT world in 2012.  He also lists what he expects we may see in 2013 as well as what CIOs expect their budgets to be in 2013.  Each year, more and more money seems to go toward outsourcing.  Since productivity and cost reduction was the top concern in the past year, the trends in outsourcing may continue to grow.  In short, we may be able to look at the trends of the past year and estimate where an organization’s money may be going in 2013.
