CIO Role In 2013: Four-Headed Monster?

The CIO in 2013 might have the same title, but they might also be considered the chief innovation officer, the chief infrastructure officer, the chief integration officer, or the chief intelligence officer. The CIO has an increasingly important role in the business, and that importance will continue to expand in 2013 without much question. The question becomes: how can the CIO help facilitate and expand their ability to help the organization and optimize IT.
