A Story of Project Failure

This presentation, filmed during Agile 2008, features speaker Mitch Lacey discussing the perceived success (by the project team) of projects against the assumed failure (by customers) of the very same effort. The root of the talk comes from the differences between customer and the project team's understanding of what is being built, and what success looks like.
