8 Rules For Creating A Passionate Work Culture

People are happy when they are around people who are happy. They do better work, are willing to put in some extra time, and don't complain as much. As a CIO, it's important to keep your workforce as passionate about the work they do as possible. But daydreaming (as Ilya Bogorad explains) is a constant in the business world: thinking about leaving the job, on striking it out on your own, on being your own boss. While this can't be avoided, it can be reduced, and CIOs should be focusing on making a more positive work culture everyday.
