5 Ways to Minimize Your Leadership Mistakes

Leaders, like anyone else, make mistakes. The difference is how much of an effect a leader's mistakes can have on a company. Doug Watsabaugh provides five ways that leaders can help minimize the mistakes leaders make (and mitigate some completely). For example, instead of leaders just taking the blame right away, Watsabaugh suggests figuring out exactly where you went wrong. This way you seem more informed when taking the responsibility rather than seeming disingenuous with your apologies.
