13 Meeting Mistakes That Could Kill Your Company

This blog post by Online MBA uses the lucky number 13 to help illustrate some simply horrible ideas which could, if allowed to continue, bring plenty of trouble to your company. Some of these seem innocuous, like allowing flexible meeting start times (which in fact can lead to hours and hours of lost time over the course of a year). Others are much more of a lightbulb moment, like how to deal with silent participants – if they aren't contributing, why are they in the meeting? The list reads like a “we've all experienced that” list, but taking action on these effort wasting behaviors is something we could all afford to attempt.
