The Importance of Effective Employer and Employee Relations

Tyler Powers, a student at The Ohio State University, highlights the importance of internal communication between employees and employers.   He stresses that more communication will lead to a higher level of dedication from employees.   In the same vein, increased communication will, as Powers argues, deter an employer from overlooking the value of an employee.   Feedback of all sorts is crucial in any employer and employee relationship so that the team as a whole can benefit.
