Build a Great Team, Then Plan to Grow

Long-term success is often better predicted by a team than one or two individuals.   According to the article by Alana Muller, an excited team with a shared vision is most likely to be successful.   Although occasionally a not-up-to-par employee manages to slip into the company through cracks in the hiring process, most team members will be on board and driven if they share a common goal.   The point is to keep everyone invested in the overall success of the team.   After defining success, analyzing your business, clarifying your vision, and setting goals, productivity will come more naturally.
