Just because you’ve made it to the C-level doesn’t mean you know everything. This article by Max Nisen looks at ways that executives can make more intelligent decisions, even if that simply means taking the time to step back and think. For instance, sometimes making the “best” decision is a waste of time. Instead, try to make the decision within a predetermined set of time. It might not be the best decision available, but it will be the best one for the time being.
